Topics are selected from the frozen information architecture based on strategic relevance, a clear search task, evergreen value, evidence availability, maintenance cost, and editorial fit. One search task has one canonical owner.
Sources and review
Primary platform documentation is preferred for platform behavior. Evergreen pieces pass research, drafting, editorial review, fact check, SEO/GEO review, and ready-to-publish gates. News must have a dated primary source and must explain what changed, why it matters, and what an operator can verify.
Commercial independence
Affiliate, sponsored, and advertiser relationships are recorded separately from topic priority and search-task ownership. A commercial relationship does not determine whether a claim is true or whether a page is published.
